The theme “Visible Energy” uses graphic arts to enhance the operations center. The linear progression of time is evidenced in exhibit walls celebrating historical milestones; mission and value displays informing today; and vision statements depicting tomorrow. The vertical progression of the four story building acts as a vehicle for more lyrical art tied to geology and the layered stratas of sky, shore, sea and sands.
